I worked late a few days ago and was surprised this massage place was still open at 9pm. The whole experience was pretty comfortable. They’ve just brought in a new therapist, and she told me they rotate staff every two months. I think that’s actually pretty nice—you get to try different styles of service regularly.
The woman tried to charge an extra $10 as a credit card surcharge. The room was tidy but no aroma or music. I was told to undress and then walked in on bare. I didn’t receive a coverup. She watched her television the first 10 minutes. She answered the reception leavi by the door to the massage room open. She told me the massage was done after 45 minutes. I told her I booked an hour and she gave me another 10 minutes. She stopped again panting and said that was the time I paid for and showed me that I paid 55 minutes ago. The massage was nice and skilled but I will not be going back.
The new therapist is very young, has great massage skills, and I will definitely come back again.
Really disappointing experience. I booked a 1-hour massage at Fomosa Caloundra, but when I arrived, the lady told me she could only do 30 minutes because she had her own customer booked after. She even told me to cancel if I didn’t want the 30-minute session. She blamed her boss for not informing her, but when I tried calling the boss using the contact number listed on Google, he never picked up. Not recommended — especially if you travel hoping for a relaxing massage.
It was my first visit to this massage shop and I was genuinely impressed. The environment is clean and relaxing, and the service was highly professional. The therapist’s technique was spot on — especially on the shoulders and back — and I felt completely refreshed afterwards. The front desk staff was also very polite and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star experience — I’ll be coming back and recommending it to friends!
